The Ojai Valley Inn Taps Into a Terroir-Inspired Renaissance
The Renovation
It’s official this month: the legendary Ojai Valley Inn will debut its awe-inspiring $70 million renovation, debuting 308 rooms and suites, a breathtaking new lobby and entrance, new golf shop, new restaurants and new meeting facilities and ballrooms.
Nestled among the voluptuous Topa Topa Mountains, tucked between Ventura and Santa Barbara, the $70 million Renaissance not only delivered into a room expansion and new resort facilities, but opened up new horizons for a talented troupe of chefs, bartenders and restaurant managers.
The terroir-inspired food and beverage Renaissance is backed by the Executive Team such as Peter Edwards, Executive Group Dinning Chef.
“Each menu is seasonally driven, serving only the freshest ingredients, often locally grown and the best California offerings” It’s important to retain integrity and support the local growers. We have the ability to introduce freshness into our menu with unique ingredients to the Valley.
